Navigating health concerns can be so overwhelming but Meg made the process very seamless and stress free.We had a phone consultation and the conversation went very smoothly and comfortable. There's an aspect of shame if I’m being honest about health but Meg eased those feelings. She instructed I get a full panel of blood work done with some specifications I was able to convey to my doctor. After she reviewed the results and my current list of supplements, Meg was able to redesign a regimen according to my needs.
